    • Dear Arjun relax…. If the claim status is settled and you have not yet received the money… I will suggest you to wait atleast 3-5 working day’s… If bank details are ok u will definitely received the money…

      I am Qamrujjaman. I was worked this company scientific security management service Pvt Ltd. Bangalore.
      I applied the PF and pension money. But the PF has come and the pension money is not complete. RS.10,200 has come. And Rs. 10500 / – did not come. I applied once more but it was a rejected.
      Now I do not know again whether I will send money for the problems or not.

      I am Satish Ojha from Allahabad. And I have worked in Bandhan Bank and I applied many times for pf which had Form 19 and Form 10c. Form 10c has arrived but Form 19 has been rejected many times saying that it has already been settled, but sir, the money of Form 19 has not yet come to my account, I have been applying again and again for 6 months. If the money is settled then where did it go?

  9. PF kaatne ke time mein company UAN number alag alag company ka alag alag number deta hai.jo ham garibo ko . 3-4 .company mein kam karna parta hai. Koi company mein Naam galat Koi company mein date of birth galat . Koi company mein address galat… itna Parisania . company bhi nahi Sudhar Ti Hai . Aur Hamare UAN ka paisa UAN mei hi Reh jata hai?? Mera nivedan hai ki UAN number ko ATM card ka jesa de diya jay . Aur Har company mein ek hi UAN number Ho. Aur aage ka process PF office do the needful??.. I am thinking for all of man ?????

    • apka kehna sahi hai ye problems aati hai lekin…. agar apka aadhar card sahi hai usme pka name, father name aur dob sahi to…. to ap kitni companies badle apka wait UAN no. use m hoga aur sahi .. details ke sath.. ap 1 bar apna KYC verify karwa do, phir agr aap chaho to b details edit ya badal nai sakte hai aur company wale bhi wahi details utthe hai….. sarkar ne inni sab samasiyon se bachne ke ke UAN number banya hai.. taki aasi dikkten na aaie… dhanybad

    • They will not accept the request as the KYC will not be matched.. hence the UAN ACCOUNT HOLDER will have to update his own kyc approved it and than reapply..

      I think u r confused, Let me clear in few points
      1. In the given Uan number no claim or multiple organization working history is showing
      2. No claim has been transferred or setteled. Pls recheck whether the uan number is correct or not
      3. Pls check your mail i have sent u my mobile number u can call me i will help what i can .

    • Have you submitted those documents on company letterhead??? If yes then the only option is to take follow-ups with your company HR and that local distt of regional pf office where you have sent your claim. Generally offline mode takes 1 month. If not happened anything. I will recommend you to re apply

      In this matter i will recommend you to first check your bank account again, than bank account number, IFSC code and Name on that Bank account that is in your KYC. If all these are ok and still you have not yet received your claim money you should go to nearby PF distt office or near by pf regional office.

    I have updated my kyc for UAN and also updated my EPF DOE as known by me to get refund of pf amount. “DATE OF LEAVING IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS FROM TODAY OR AGE SHOULD BE 58 YEARS OR MORE” message displays when applied for pf withdrawal (form-19) and “DATE OF LEAVING IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS FROM TODAY OR TOTAL SERVICE IS LESS THAN 6 MONTHS” message displays when applied for pension withdrawal (form-10c). My total service is of 11 months approx. Kindly please help me to take the necessary step so that i can transfer my pf fund to bank account.

    • this is telling you in very simple language.. lets understand with an example. For example if your date of leaving is 31 jan 2019, than you have to wait atleast next 60 days before applying for PF or pension withdrawl. Ok. So now check your date of leaving date and apply after 60 days from there…. IT will accept and samein Pension fund options. This does not applied on those who has completed 58 yrs of age that means they have retiered.

    • You can login to your uan profile and under update basic details options, you can update your basic details like dob, father name and more. Than your employer will approve and than by EPFO within 10-15 days of period

  34. First i ask you one question that when any employee had joined any company and employer taking all document and submitted to pf office through offline or online then how a lot mistake had happened.

    SIr my UAN No: 100349133805 when i done online claim, my claim six time rejected (reason father name not updated in kyc) then i had sent and mailed joint deceleration form with my id proof but from six month till time my father name is not updated. i want to know how much time you had taken for such small work, and when i will be able to take my pf money.

    • Try to do it online if not happening, Its your company’s HR department to solve this go and catch them or complaint to the nearby distt office pf or nearby regional PF office… Generally time takne to complete KYC or corrections is 1 month maximum ( for offline) 10-15 for online updation…hanks

    1) I have only uan no, I have lost epf register mobile no and also forget password of my uan number, as per pf policy I am changing pf password and register mobile no but I am unable to change it, as as per company details my date of birth is showing wrong details,

    • Hii… Don’t worry
      For 1st query you need to confirm from your local distt office or regional office for receiving less claim amount
      For 2nd query, if u r using online method to apply for withdraw claim, under online services, you will get three options, advance form – 13, pf claim form 19 and pf pension form -10c, so choose 10c and proceed. You need to apply separately for 19 and 10c… Hope you find this helpful

    For the past few days i have been trying to link my PAN card and UAN in the EPFO portal. Everytime i get an error “Temporary problem at PAN server. Please try again after some time”. I have been trying for a week now and still getting the same error. There is no mismatch in NAME and DOB in UAN and PAN as the name on PAN card was recently updated to match the UAN database. I have also checked my name in PAN data base it is the same as in UAN. For this reason I would not able to withdraw my money from EPFO. Please help.

    • There is not any specific reasons.. but minimum working duration must be minimum 6 months and kyc should be done….. U can try and remember by choosing “sicknesses” reason only…. I hope this helps you

    • Try to contact them again, if not helping than i will recommend you to submit a written complaint along with your uan and trust’s details to the local EPF office. They will further process… Always remember no employer can hold or stop your epf. It’s your own .. i hope this will help you

    My name is Dinesh Sharma however in your PF account details it is mentioned Dinesh L Sharma. I have submitted the request on Nov 3, 2019, with my employer and they have corrected the document on their end after two days and they have submitted the document to the PF office however the PF department has not uploaded it and corrected it.

    I have already complained on EPFiGMS Grievance cell, message receive from EPFiGMS Grievance is “CASE DISPOSED OF” but Name has not changed in EPF account yet.

    • There is no need to change your father name or any others if that is uneditabl. That means your kyc is already verified and you can apply for withdraw for transfer the claim. If any way you wanted to edit only EPFO official can do, for that you will have to request to your HR they will provide in written and than can be changed

    • Claims requested after’ 20th will be considered and approved in the 1st week of the upcoming month.
      You are requested to kindly wait, your claim will be settled in this week

    • Hence the middle name and last names are different, so you can not change this online, it’s a major change.

      You will have to submit the joint declaration form through your employer and need to be submitted to the EPF office.

  122. As per PF team confirmation my PF amount was transferred from previous employer to current employer on 2nd July 2020 and amount was settled . When I was checking with my current employer, they were confirming to me amount was not transferred to them. I have raised the grievance the same to Mumbai PF office and They were saying with below comments

    NEFT status is showing pending. There is no entry in recredited or rejected cases either. amount will be recredited to member account once the amount is received back to this office. Later member can resubmit the claim.

    My question is when an amount would be transferred or re-credited to my account. Could any one help me to fix this issue

    • This is extraordinary situation, once pf transfer claim requested, it transferred the funds, but as theses remarks tells us, your claim is in dormat State. It will rejected or accepted the requested in few days’

      U can wait and check in your current passbook whether it transferred or not. Otherwise you will have to submit the application form again

They had deducted 1800/- PF amount from every month’s salary but they have not deposited the same in epfo portal on respected time. They had deposited only 5 months PF amount in the EPFO account. After i got fired from the company due to cessation of employment and pandemic covid-19 situation. I had made the full and final settlement, closed the pf account and withdrawn the amount because i had to pay my two wheeler emi’s. Now when i had requested the company to give me my pending 5 months pf amount so they had deposited all 5 months pf amount in that pf account in the month of January but i am not able to take out that amount from online epfo e sewa portal, I had also applied for transfer of pf amount from this account to my current employer pf account but it had also rejected.

    I request you to please guide me that how I can withdraw that amount from pf account as it is closed due to full and final settlement.

  167. I know this won’t help here. But this process itself is so stupid, why there is a need of father’s name in approving claim? It is employee’s money and as long as employee name is matching with any govt ID, then father’s name match shouldn’t matter! Even if it matters, then give a way to the employee so that they can share evidence online. Again, a lot of people are unable to claim their own money just because one name is not updated at your stupid portal. I mean honestly; Employee earned that money, not his father!!!

    • You can update your Date of birth yourself. Login into the EPFO member portal, go to Edit basic details there you will see options to edit your DOB, as only day and month needs to be changed and year of birth is same.

  263. PF Government very slow in processing request because it is taking more than 20 working days to reject pf withdraw request, just for verifying with only one document.
    I have raised PF withdraw request for emergency because of illness but it has been rejected twice and took nearly one month.
    Do you know how people will get trouble if they have to pay the amount within that time for emergency or illness? at least rejection should be faster so that people will raise the request again with proper details or the correct instruction should be mentioned in the portal.

  266. Dear Sir/Madam,

    After multiple escalations and direct visits to the K R Puram PF office, my name change request has not been updated in the system my previous organization submitted JD and all supporting documents multiple times most recently on the 2nd of November I personally visited the office, and spoke to the new case worker and the management as well they have promised me within 2 weeks it will get updated in the system once the commissioner approves the same, now it has been 3 weeks since my visit still there no change in the status.

    And on the 2nd of November, I received an email stating that my request had again been rejected by the field officer.

    I don’t understand after submitting all the supporting documents approved by the government and visiting in person still why it has still been rejected.
    Kindly share the prompt reason for rejection and guide me on what has to be done.
    Please consider this as a serious issue since I have been doing this procedure from 2020.

Hi I am Syed I worked in an organization for 1 year but the PF contribution made was only for two months i.e. feb 23 & mar 23 the previous contributions were not made i.e. from May 2022 till jan 2023, so If I mark the exit now, can the employer later contribute the amount which was not credited, even after exit marking

This pf office is delaying my pension application without checking,no proper response from any person and my claim still pending from one month no one responded till now,I think this pf office need to shutdown, becouse there is no response from any employee for phone calls and Mail’s even also Grevience ,Then they are not helpful to public, i requested to central government kindly pls take action against this pf office (Bandra Nariman point) no use to public no helpful to public.

  278. Sir we r working in Karnataka veterinary animal and fisheries sciences University, Bidar since from 2012 but PF is applied only from May 2017 . We requested University for PF from date of joining but of no use
    We also requested tumkur PF office to visit once and help us to get PF. But of no use . university has given to Bangalore workers as the PF officers visited and made them to pay . We r contract workers and no other benefits to us except PF pls help us to get from date of joining. Thk u

  284. I have retired from service at the age of 60 years from private sector, now I have to get my pension. In between the service. I rendered my service in two entity & got Employee’s pension scheme certificate from first company with 15 years & 3 months which EPFO office was Dwarka,New Delhi and 10 years service completed of another 2nd company, hence pensionable salary will accumulate of both company.
    EPFO was Nagpur of my last company.
    I am resident of Bokaro, can i submit documents to get pension at Bokaro PF office for further necessary action.
