Update Date of Exit in EPF | Date of Leaving in EPF:  To apply for EPF withdrawal, the date of leaving is a must. Without the date of leaving uan account holder can not apply for the epf withdrawal process.

EPF Form 19 and EPF Pension form 10c can only be filled online or by the offline mode when any employee leaves his/her organization after 60 days from his/her date of leaving the service. And that date of leaving should also be updated in your epf record.

Who Will Update Date of Exit in EPF?

Only your previous employer can update the date of exit in the epf record. The date of exit can be done by the employer itself and is duly approved by the employer’s digital signature.

In case your employer is not updating the date of leaving in the epf record you can also submit your handwritten complaint to the nearest epf official. You can also find the local EPF Office address form here.
