Labour Department Haryana LWF Scholarship Scheme:
You want to apply for Scholarship scheme of Labour Welfare Board than follow below given steps. Before processing to know the application procedure, you must be a registered employee on the official portal of LWF Haryana. . If you have not yet registered you can register yourself on labor welfare board Haryana portal by clicking here . Below are the given steps to apply for :
- Visit the Labour Department Haryana official site, log in by choosing “Welfare Board Beneficiary” from the given user types.
- Enter your Eight digits Username Example: hrd12345. Here first three digits will be of your name and next five digits are last five digits of your registered mobile number, enter given code and login.
- Your account will open, you can check your basic information and bank details etc.
- Go to the Schemes tab, New schemes will be shown there and your eligibility for application.
- On the second option, you will find “अंशदाता श्रमिकों के बच्चों के लिए छात्रवृत्ति योजना“.
- Click on view details, here you can see how much amount you will receive from this scheme, the amount for each class wise or qualification wise is from low to high. Minimum from 4000 to 15000 rupees for boy and girl child. And the required documents etc. Click on Apply Scheme.
- Enter your AADHAR Number, Educational Certificate, Employee & Employer certificate, ESI Card, Salary Slip and Undertaking/Affidavit.
- OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, enter OTP and Submit.
- You have successfully applied for the scheme.
- Now your employer/company will receive this notification and they will approve your scheme. You can also contact your company’s HR for the same.
- After successfully approval by your company LWF regional office will receive your request approved the scheme and then you will receive money.

Employee Salary Certificate: Candidate needs to upload his/her salary slip too on the portal. The slip should be duly signed.
Educational Certificate: Child’s higher education documents of which he/she has passed and of studying class admission fees slip.
Employer Certificate: Employer certificate if the “Undertaking form” of the scheme duly signed by the employee and employer.
Affidavit/ Undertaking: is the form of scheme, in the employee and employer declare for the condition.
Ration Card / ESI Card: Employee needs to upload his/her Ration card if available; if not then the candidate can upload his/her ESI card duly signed by the employee and employer.
